CATALAN ATLAS:
By now you should be aware that the Catalan Atlas is the ying to the VM’s yang, the alpha to its omega, the sister document, the masculine to the VM’s feminine. They are interconnected grid systems designed to work together. To understand the location on this page one must possess the Catalan Atlas.
In line 15, 8th word “jeluisa” – yellow ruler. There are two yellow rulers in the Catalan Atlas. Panel 3 of the C.A. has a yellow ruler at the bottom it is used in the cartography of the Voynich Manuscript set up in leagues. Also, Panel 10 has a Yellow Ruler (Vietnamese Emperor) at the bottom. Both these objects lay exactly at 2 degrees North.
THE BI, THE STAR CLUSTERS AND INDONESIA
A great deal of work Dr. Tucker and I do revolves around the burial artifacts called the Bi. When looking at Folio 83r of the VM many Bi attributes are drawn on this page. The Giant Turtle Bi artifact shown below is ever present on the page. There is a mountain depicted on the folio and worn as a hat on the third woman’s head. However, at the moment I am having a hard time locating the artifact, the Bi shown below is a reference to a similar Mountain in Indonesia. The VM authors suggest this mountain is Buttu Kabobong. When examining the woman and the mountain, they both bear similar attributes. “Twin Peaks” if you will 😉
Additional attributes to the Catalan Atlas is Melusine and using the same red paint.
In overlaying multiple maps of this region I didn’t find any Sulawesi Island maps that matched. The hard part about maps is their tangential distortion, the Catalan Atlas has distortion, VM has distortion and modern maps have distortion. The map below used the most like version taking into account distortion.
